What is Peak Mentality Performance?

Peak Mentality Performance is a mental performance coaching program designed for athletes, performers, and professionals who want to perform at their best without burning out. It combines the science of Sport and Performance Psychology with evidence-based methods like REBT, CBT, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to train both mind and body.

The goal of Peak Mentality Performance is to help clients develop focus, confidence, and composure under pressure, achieve meaningful goals, and sustain peak performance over time. It’s not just about working harder, it’s about working smarter, aligning mindset and physiology, and turning pressure into a competitive edge.

I'm Sabrina Shapiro

a Mental Performance Specialist and founder of Peak Mentality Performance. I guide athletes, performers, and entrepreneurs as they train their minds and bodies to stay sharp, calm, and in control when it matters most.

 

I’ve lived both sides of performance, as a Division I NCAA fencing captain, a dancer with the Joffrey Ballet, a fencing coach, a competitive stick fighter, and a bodyguard.

Each experience taught me that peak performance isn’t about forcing perfection; it’s about alignment, awareness, and trust in your training.

As an athlete who also has ADHD, I truly understand motivation dips, focus challenges, mental overload, and the relentless drive to do more. That insight fuels my work and inspired the development of my signature Breakthrough Blueprint method, designed to work with your mind and body, not against them.

 

My mission is simple: to help you perform at your best, with focus, calm, and confidence that lasts.
